The Narvik region is full of hiking treasures for the whole family. Join us for an easy hike to one of the amazing view points above the city. Here we will enjoy a light snack while resting our legs and listening to stories about the area. After the break we will slowly make our way back through the beautiful landscape and down to the fjord.

ROMBAKSTØTTA

Join us for a spectacular hike to the top of Rombakstøtta, locally knows as Tøttatoppen. You can see this iconic summit from almost everywhere in Narvik and at first glance it looks like an impossible mission to undertake without climbing skills. Fortunately all is not what it seems and with a few hours of uphill hiking and some light scrambling you will reach the top and get rewarded with the stunning views over Rombakken and Ofotfjorden.

No previous experience required, but this is a 8 - 10 h hike in partly difficult terrain so a certain level of fitness is desirable.

Perfect introduction to mountain hiking. Suitable for families, first time hikers or anyone who wants a spectacular mountain adventure and still be home in time for dinner. We will of course adapt the hike according to your wishes and level of expertice.

HIKING RIKSGRÄNSEN TO NARVIK

OFOTBANAN AND RALLARVÄGEN (NORGE PÅ TVERS)

(bookable every friday and saturday between 29th june - 30th sept)

Explore the historical Rallarleden on this full day hiking adventure. The day starts with a trainride from Narvik to the small village of Riksgränsen. We travel along the classic Ofotbanan through spectacular mountain landscapes before arriving in Riksgränsen one hour later. From here we have a beautiful and easy 15 km hike along Rallarvägen in front of us. The road will lead us down to the Rombaksbotn fjord where we will enjoy a nice break before the ribboat takes us across the fjord to Sildvik where a bus is waiting to drive us back to the city of Narvik.

No previous hiking experience needed. Everyone can join!
